Where can I find tax forms?

Download and fill out forms on your computer.

Then file electronically for free.

At the Library

A limited number of Federal Tax Form 1040 Instruction Booklets and Forms and Ohio Individual and School District Income Tax Instruction Booklets and Forms will be made available to the public as they arrive during the coming months in the lobby.

You may also print copies of the instructions or forms you need at any of our library computers (up to 10 pages for free using your library card). We will also provide a limited number of forms at the Reference Desk for free. When they run out, Ohio Individual and School District Tax Instruction Booklets will be available at for $1.00 each at the Reference Desk.

Note: Some forms can only be obtained directly from the IRS, including the 1099, W-2 and W-4 forms. Place an order.
